The Talent Champion award, one of eight unique accolades at the Digital Nova Scotia Tech Forward Awards, is a celebration of organizations that excel in advancing the Information and Communication Technology sector in Nova Scotia. It’s particularly special as it recognizes organizations that have demonstrated exceptional commitment to nurturing tech talent.

It’s about celebrating companies that have implemented best hiring practices, fostered inspiring workplaces, and promoted Nova Scotia as a prime location for professional growth in technology. It honors those at the forefront of not just recruiting, but also retaining talent and creating environments where employees can truly thrive.
