Although we’ve been around a long time (10 years!), we’ve worked hard to stay true to our core company values; two of which are passion and people.
Our team is comprised of smart, accomplished consultants who are adaptable, solution-minded and always ready to dive into new technologies, explore unknown territories, and never stop learning.
We believe in our people and value out-of-the-box thinking and innovative solutions, which is why our co-ops are given real projects with actual stakeholders, instantly becoming part of the team.
Experience is a great teacher and we’ve seen the ways these projects have shaped our co-ops into amazing consultants. Additionally, we offer subsidies for professional accreditation, orientation programs, free online training, in-house training, in-house career planning services, mentorship programs, and leadership training.
We’re proud to say that, far more often than not, co-op students ask to return to CB for their final co-op semester.
