Every year on March 8, International Women’s Day serves as an opportunity to both celebrate women and hear from our female leaders in the industry.

The mission is to elevate and advance gender parity in technology and celebrate the women forging innovation and we think this is perfect opportunity to introduce and celebrate our own women in tech in a two part series.

Here you’ll meet all of the talented and hardworking women who work at Content Bloom before launching into part two where you’ll learn:

Lindsay McMullen

Lindsay McMullen | Senior Design Consultant

I graduated from Nova Scotia Community College and immediately started my career in tech. My hobbies include photography, DIY projects, and most of all — thrifting!

Gabbie Espinal

Gabbie Espinal | Shared Services Assistant

My name is Gabbie Espinal, I am the Shared Services Assistant here at Content Bloom. I also love to travel, knit, and read!

Caitlin McGuire

Caitlin McGuire | Content Integrator

I’m Caitlin I am a Content Integrator, but I have a background in the Visual Arts, and when I’m not working, I like to paint, draw, and create. I also like to cook, read, go for walks, and spend time with my partner and our cats.

Lu Ding

Lu Ding | Junior Accountant

Hello, my name is Lu Ding, I am one of the Accountants at Content Bloom. My hobbies are watching movies, traveling, and Zumba.

Shontelle Baptiste Deane

Shontelle Baptiste Deane | Assistant Controller

Hi, my name is Shontelle Baptiste Deane, I am the Assistant Controller here at Content Bloom. I really enjoy outdoor activities, including hiking, biking, nature walks, and going to the beach. I recently discovered a newfound love for gardening, baking, and music.

Hi, my name is Nikita Sharma, I am a Junior Technical Consultant (QA) at Content Bloom. My hobbies include singing, dancing, and traveling.

Morgan Henley

Morgan Henley | Technical Consultant

My name is Morgan Henley, I am a Technical Consultant at Content Bloom, my hobbies include reading, snuggling my dog Nyx (can confirm she is the best of girls), playing video games, and soccer.

Lee Pittman

Lee Pittman | Director of Marketing

My name is Lee and I’m the Marketing Director at CB. When I’m not chasing my toddler around (which is rarely), I spend time reading, making pottery, watching documentaries, and listening to podcasts.

Zhen (Catherine) Liang

Zhen (Catherine) Liang | Technical Consultant

My name is Zhen (Catherine) Liang I worked as Technical Consultant in Content Bloom for 2 years. I am an accomplished front-end programmer and Tridion Sites/Docs professional.

Fun fact: I am an ultimate frisbee player, and I’ve played in the 2021 Canada national games. I picked up drawing as a hobby in 2021 during the pandemic.

Deepika Sharma

Deepika Sharma | Project Associate

I’m Deepika Sharma, a CB Project Associate. An extrovert who enjoys meeting new people. As a follower of Lord Krishna, I firmly believe in the law of attraction and karma. My interests include powerlifting, sci-fi movies, documentaries, shopping, reading, cooking, and eating.

Christina McLennan

My name is Christina McLennan, I am a Content Integrator at Content Bloom. My hobbies include reading, cooking, and kayaking.

Abby Schachter

Abby Schachter | Content Marketing Specialist

Hi there! My name is Abby, I am a Content Marketing Specialist here at Content Bloom. My favorite hobbies are reading, cooking, and outdoor activities that get you moving, like paddleboarding, hiking, biking, and walking at what people have deemed an ‘abnormally fast rate’.

Siobhan Carlson

Siobhan Carlson | Associate Project Manager

My name is Siobhan Carlson, I am an Associate Project Manager at Content Bloom, working out of the Halifax office. I have a wide range of hobbies, including reading and knitting. My long-term goal is to be a Pokémon master.
